Laugh At My Expense . . . .
Today I’m linking up for the first time with Trish from My Little Drummer Boys for Wordless Wednesday.
This is what happens when I try and brush my hair without tethering CrashBoy to my leg first.
For a bit of fun can you “Guess the Mess?” Let me know what you think it is and I’ll update my post later today ;)

Here’s an unhelpful clue: This is our kitchen floor.
Here’s some of the chat going on over at my FB page:

Crash Test Mummy It’s not engine oil, and you would not want to put this on your food! It is nutritious though . . .
Molasses or treacle?
I wish it was treacle Trish, even it would have been more difficult to clean up, at least it would smell better than this stuff!
Oh no!
It looks like Soy Sauce or Fish Sauce or something like that.
I hope it wasn’t too hard to clean up!

It’s not soy sauce, but fish sauce is getting closer . . .
Clean up was horrendous. It took me and CrashHubby and of course it was at 10 minutes to Kindergarten!
Oyster Sauce?? Poor you and hubby, always happens when ready to walk out the door!!
Kids have impeccably bad timing! Not Oyster sauce ;)

It’s liquid fertiliser?! ie. fish poo?!
Hooray! Yep it is Seasol. Well done!
Marilyn @ Live First Write Later has guessed the mess. It was Seasol (liquid plant fertiliser)
Can you believe it? It was one of the most stinkiest, stenchiest messes to clean up. And it seeped under my cupboards and dishwasher!
How funny I guessed the Seasol last week. It seeped under your cupboards? That is truly disgusting!! Poor you.

Thankfully it cleaned up pretty well. Might get weeds growing up through the floorboards though!
LOL, at least it wasn’t dropped onto carpet. But my heart just sank as I’ve left Seasol right beside the kitchen sink… you’ve prompted me to move it to a MUCH higher place.
Did you see the footprints leading away from the scene of the crime? They almost made it to the carpet in the lounge. Luckily CrashHubby scooped him up before he got there! Yes, go and move the Seasol NOW!
Hoisin sauce?

Yuk!!!! And I have a bottle left right beside the kitchen sink *dashes home to place on very high shelf!
Ewww seasol stinks to high heaven!
He didn’t try to drink it did he???
Amy @ MahliMoo’s last post..Wordless Wednesday- Bubbles and Bathtime
Thankfully, no, he didn’t try and drink it. Perhaps the smell was enough to stop even the most curious CrashBoy?!? ;)
eeeewwwww It is always the really ‘nice’ things that get spilt isn’t it?
Rhianna’s last post..Wordless Wednesday – Water Sunset
Yes, the other day it was a can of petrol while CrashHubby was mowing the lawns. Thank goodness he didn’t try and drink that either! Hmmm, need to get a lockable garden shed I think!
What are the two little dirty bits at the front? Are they little footprints?
Penny’s last post..Bellow like a Koala
They are indeed footprints. Footprints that almost made it to our lounge carpet no less! Little tearaway he is ;)
Yuck! I had to read until I found out what it was, and all I can say is yuck!

All I could say was another word that rhymed with that one ;)
oh no!!! Hope you got it cleaned without too much trouble!
Lifeasmummymax’s last post..Wordless Wednesday – My Kids
It took two of us, and a lot of vinegar, baking soda and lemon oil!
Ooh that would have been messy!!
Kirsty@ MummyToFive’s last post..Thankful for my other hobby… Digital Scrapbooking!!
And very stinky too!
Oh no , just catching up. My eldest spilt a whole 2l bottle of cordial once on a cork floor .. Took me hours to clean it up and get rid of stickiness . Oh that would smell dreadful.
Trish’s last post..What did you learn from R U OK day – I learned we can we help each other as a c…
Ugh, stickiness is one my least favourite messes to clean up. The cordial bottle is a big attraction for CrashBoy too. We have to be careful where we leave it, or he tries to drink straight from the bottle! Yikes – he really doesn’t need the extra sugar high!
Oh, no, I’m late for the guessing game! I wouldn’t have guessed anyway.
No worries, hope you had a laugh at my expense anyway! ;)
Obviously I’m not doing enough gardening because I had no idea Seasol was that colour. Oh jesus thank god for rescued carpet and that the mess was on cleanable floors. Fun idea making it a guessing game BTW – let’s see what CrashBoy comes up with next week!!!
Kirsty De Roach’s last post..Family Photos
I’m glad it was on the floorboards too. And that we did a good job of sealing them ourselves! CrashBoy comes up with stuff every day, but it’s usually pretty identifiable ;)
