It has been an interesting week. I had quite a scare after a visit to my gynecologist. This lead to my plea earlier in the week to remind everyone to get up to date with their Pap smears. I’m quite tired already and it’s only Thursday! I have vlogged for you to give you an update on my test results and upcoming surgery. And yes, I am keenly aware that I look like shit in my video, but I was just too tired to be bothered with doing it again!

Firstly I’m years overdue for a pap smear and I am going to go and make that appointment today. I am so glad everything is likely to be fine for you.
Secondly I am SO IN for operation crash hot. I ordered a treadmill yesterday but will need a little kick in the bum to use it I expect lol.

I’ve got my fingers crossed for you. Thankfully I had a pap smear a few weeks ago and mammogram and both came back all clear – something to be very grateful for.
