CALL OUT: Crash Testers needed for Ecostore

Have you heard about our new Community Review site yet? Well it’s ready to go and our first community crash test will be the dishwash liquid from ecostore:

ecostore-dishwash-liquid-500ml

I thought I’d keep in the theme of cleaning and organising given the current challenge asks us to “Shine our Sinks” FlyLady-style ;)

I’m looking for 10 CTMs to crash test and review this product.  To be considered for the Crash Test Panel, please:

a) make sure you’ve completed your Crash Test Mummy profile

and

b) comment below letting me know you want to try it and what dishwash liquid you usually use

That’s all!  If you’re successful you’ll get a sample and hear from me with guidelines for your crash test and writing a review for the new Crash Test Mummies site!

Cheers,

Laney x

  1. I normally use palmolive. but I always tend to come out in nasty rashes. Would love to see if the eco brand is kinder to my hands

  2. Would love to try an eco dishwashing liquid. I currently use earths choice.

  3. I’d love to give it a go. I’m currently using the Aldi-branded dishwashing liquid, but slowly looking at switching over cleaning products to family-friendlier and more eco products

  4. I’d be happy to try it out. I currently use Murchison-Hume which is also plant based, and would be really interested to try an alternative.

  5. Me too please! I currently use earth choice – can’t use any nasties as we have a worm farm septic system. Anything “yucky” will kill our worms.

  6. Ooh! I do love Ecostore’s skincare products, would love to get my hubby away from his Morning Fresh fetish and start using something more environmentally sound :) as the dishwashing liquid is one the last frontiers of non-eco friendly product in my home!

  7. Melissa Okimoto says:

Love to try, currently use Palmolive. Always looking to be introduced to a better option

  8. Ooh I’d love to try this. I’m slowly moving to more natural products around the home. We currently us Earth Choice but I’d love to compare it to the Ecostore

  10. I have just registered and I would love to road test this product, with a baby boy I am trialling a lot of non-toxic eco-friendly products at the moment with the view to having a chemical free home. I’m trying things like Earth Choice, Method etc and would love to see how this one goes.
    Cheers

  11. Alicia Webster says:

I filled out the profile, and I’d love to try the dish liquid. I usually use the Coles Smart Buy Lemon Dish Liquid.

  12. I tend to cheap out and just buy 0.99c stuff from where-ever I shop.
I was told the other day to keep my hands dry (so a skin condition could have time to clear up)…. which meant no dishwashing – pfft. :) They need to be done, darnit!

  13. Newly filled out CTM Profile, HI! We currently use Morning Fresh because we have heavy use of large greasy pots (Large Family issues) so we think MF is best… Probably from nothing more than years of advertising imprint on our mind. Would be happy to be a tester.

  14. Would love to register but must give the weak excuse of being a bit time poor at the minute. I just wanted to say that I’ve been using this product for about 6 months now & LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Does the job on the dishes (I’m a cheater though and also use the dishwasher and can also highly recommend ecostore dishwasher tabs), very kind on the hands but more importantly makes an awesome bubble blowing liquid, best bubbles EVER! Smells lush and so kind to sensitive little skin & eyes (bubble blowing can be a bit of a contact sport around here!)

  15. Would love to try out Ecostore’s dishwashing liquid. Big fan of Ecostore and use their tablets and clothes washing powder but have been using Earth Choice’s dishwashing liquid. It needs to cut through greasy pans though.

  16. Hi, this is such a great idea. Profile done, and would definitely like to try the Ecostore product. We currently use Palmolive.

  17. Would definitely like to try it. We normally use Blast.

  18. Michelle says:

I am using the earth dish washing detergent at the moment and would love to try other environmentally friendly brands!

  19. Laura Croxson says:

Just returned from London and living with my parents, they tend to stick with Palmolive and I would love to try a sample to get my mum into more eco friendly and natural products. :)

  20. we have to be very careful with what we use as our boys are so sensitive to chemicals…and anything that we use has to be safe so that our boys can take turns with washing up!
We use Kin Kin Eco Dishwash liquid and love it. Be happy to see if EcoStore is just as good :)

    Cheers

  21. I would love to try ecostore as I’m trying to be enviornmentally conscious. I currenlty use palmolive – basically because it’s always on special – but would like to try something that has less chemicals (which was one of the reasons I used cloth nappies on my kids – to have less chemicals on their skin).

  22. Thanks Laney,

I would love to give it a test run!

I have the ECO baby wash and love it!

    Zoe

  23. we use earth’s choice at the moment, we would love to try the eco-store … even if it is to prove to the other half that environmentally concious is also an effective way to clean xx

  24. I am currently using Dawn (big bottle from Costco). We don’t have a dishwasher and this seems to go a long way. However if I don’t wear gloves the skin on my hands get really dry and even cracks. I would love to try the ECOSTORE liquid and see if it works as well as my current one…and it kinder to my hands!

  25. Charmaine Campbell says:

I use Earth choice sometimes and Morning Fresh from time to time when it’s on special.

  26. Natalie Blanch says:

I already use EcoStore.. so not sure if I’m eligible to review – but if you want someone who’s been using the dishwashing liquid for 3 years, is passionate about it, buys it in bulk 5L containers and even washes the car in it (shhh don’t tell my husband!), then I’m your man.. or woman..!!

  27. would like to try as don’t normally use eco brands, just budget friendly brands but just had baby # 3 and being more conscious of how i am cleaning bottles and what with and what chemicals lingering about!~

  28. Amanda Lyons says:

I’d love to try it, any chance to be ecofriendly on a budget and I will take it!

  29. I use Morning Fresh sensitive, I have a lot of dishes to do & as I work most evenings, quite often burnt saucepans to contend with… Bless him, he does try hard. My twin 3yo’s often comment ‘daddy tries hard at cooking mummy, but you the best cooker!’ lol. I look for a dshwashing liquid that cuts through grease well, and and will not dry out and make my hands crack & bleed.

  30. I use morning fresh or palmolive.. whatevers cheaper.. I’d be interested in eco friendly to save my dishpan hands.. ;)
